Question: Good morning. Since the excavator is inoperable, how will it be loaded?
Machine runs , although it isn't recommended to run no more than a few minutes to load and unload!!!! NOTE when running operate no more than 1500 RPM!!!! I HAVE CALLED VERITREAD three times today to discuss this issue and left several messages and NO ONE has returned my call.
Machine will not be ready to pick up until Tuesday, APRIL 1 2025 1pm central time. The website says available for pickup 3/31/25 is not correct.
Question: I wanted to check if there is loading and unloading equipment available at both the pick-up and delivery addresses. If equipment is available, our quote is confirmed. If not, we can easily arrange for a tow service to assist with winching the unit onto the trailer we have scheduled for transport for an additional cost.
