Two separate lots, one pickup stop. Lot #3487 (SUNTOP shelter, 2 crates) and Lot #3577 (KJ livestock shelter, 1 crate) are both at the same Ritchie Bros. yard — driver should expect to check in and receive two separate release tickets, one per lot, even though it's a single visit. Payment/release timing: Items cannot be released until Ritchie Bros. receives full payment. Confirm with dispatch that payment has cleared before dispatching the truck, to avoid an on-site delay. Loading method: All 3 crates are palletized and will be forklift-loaded by yard staff — driver does not need to bring loading equipment, but should confirm flatbed/step-deck deck height is compatible with yard forklift reach. Crate condition: New/unused, factory-crated. Recommend proper strapping/blocking given crate weights (up to 1,565 lbs on the heaviest single crate)— do not stack without confirming crate structural rating for load-bearing.
