Yes, it is roadworthy and can be driven.
Question: Driving this will be substantially cheaper, however. I do want to warn you - these trucks have usually been sitting for a very long time, and before they were sent to auction they were usually not taken great care of. When we drive these from auction its usually pretty eventful: codes will pop up, transmission probs, engine probs, dead batteries, belts - you name it. Almost always end up a mechanic after it breaks down in the middle of nowhere + you have to end up hauling it anyways.
