Its operational. foot controls are not the best but it steers and works great should be easy to get on a trailer if you have never been around a excavator before please dont bid on this. but yup just need it there before noonish on friday the earlier the better friends! Im good with partial loads if you wanna go for that as long as its there after thursday 3pm and before friday at 1230 pm.

this is at a richie bros auction yard in orlando florida i believe they are closed on the weekends and monday is a holiday and i know they are closed then. the load would need to be picked up on wednesday and be there between 3pm thursday and 1230 pm friday.
