Hi, Jack. Ritchie Bros at the pick up location will have load out assistance. Likely place it on your trailer with a forklift. A crane will be at the delivery site. They'll hook on to the lifting bale and you can drive out.

Never crossed the border before, never spoken to a customer broker.
It's simple and mostly all done via email. They are going to request paperwork like your bill of sale and have you fill a B3 form for importing commercial goods into Canada. **JACK**
