Important Load Information
1. Upright Transportation Preferred: We strongly prefer all units to be transported upright, without laying them down or tilting them. Please prioritize upright transportation in your quote. 2. Truck Capacity: Please clearly specify how many units your truck/trailer can safely accommodate (1, 2, or all 3 units). 3. Trailer Type: Please specify the trailer type (Lowboy, RGN, Double Drop, etc.) and confirm whether upright transportation is feasible, including any height restrictions or permits required. 4. Pricing: Please clarify whether your quote covers 1, 2, or all 3 units, how many trucks are required, and the total transportation cost, including any applicable permits or additional fees. 5. Alternative – Laying Down the Equipment: If upright transportation is not feasible, please clearly indicate that your quote is based on laying the equipment down and specify: - Total transportation cost - number of trucks required - how many units each truck can hold
