Questions & Answers

Question: Good day, the duals will be removed?**JOSE**
Shipping Customer
Duals are still on the machine. I am unable to remove them myself.
Question: Hello! Is the shipper able to help you remove the duals? Or are you the shipper? If so, If you can't take them off I can help you find a mechanic to get this done, thanks! **MANNY**
Shipping Customer
I am not the shipper, I am the buyer. I just found out not long ago that the shipper does have a service where I can get the duals removed.
Question: What about the stairs can they remove them or how wide or you need to ship as is trying to avoid escorts if needed?***ALEX***
Shipping Customer
The ladder should be able to flip up in the air. It can probably be removed if need be.
Shipping Customer
Correction, the ladder folds around forward to be in line with the tires. After talking to a dealership they say whenever they have them hauled they just leave the duals on and fold the ladder around.
