I was mistaken. The width is 11 feet according to the seller. This is what he sent me this morning in a text message after asking him to have somebody put a tape measure on it.

I made a mistake on earlier answers. The machine width was verified this morning by tape measure from seller.
The width is 11' at the widest point. Outside edge of tires 8'6".
The length is 22'6"
Not sure the weight mgf says range between 23000 and 26000.
