Question: Since the truck is fully operable, I can provide drive-away service, I Have a CDL Driver, I can provide the temporary transit plates/permit needed for the move, and we have cargo insurance in place for the transportation. i think the driven option is valid as long as the respective controls are in place , however the crane must be left at the port with the counterweights fully loaded back onto the crane , can you do this ?
I will submit my bid for drive-away transportation of the Grove GMK5275 crane only, with the counterweights already removed at the Ritchie Bros. auction site.
I can also arrange separate flatbed transportation for the 52 tons of counterweights, but this will be quoted separately from the crane drive-away service.
Could you please confirm the exact number of counterweight pieces and their individual weights? Also, will you arrange the removal and reinstallation?
For the 52 tons of counterweights, I can arrange 3 flatbed trailers, each with a hauling capacity of approximately 36,000–40,000 lbs.
This transportation would be quoted separately from my drive-away bid for the crane.
We would just need to confirm the exact number of counterweight pieces and their individual weights to ensure they can be safely and legally distributed across the three trailers.

so there is 52 ton of counterqeight , these would have to be removed at the RB auction site and relocated pirior to entering the port , i am also considering TACOMA WA as a possible shipping port

1. Drive-Away Only: Transportation of the crane without counterweights.
2. Counterweights Only: Transportation of approximately 52 tons of counterweights using 3 Flatbed/Step Deck trailers.
3. Complete Transportation: Includes both the crane drive-away service and all 3 trailers for the counterweights.

Question: Hello there, could you please confirm the total weight of the unit without counterweights or the total weight of the unit with the counterweights on it so we can determine the set up required for the unit to be transported on a RGN trailer and flatbeds required to move the counterweights.
Do you have a dock receipt or deadline to have the unit delivered?
the crane has 52 ton of counterweight , it could be driven to the port without those and re attach prior to entering the port , i am also looking at TACOMA WA as an alterntive shipping port
