It is supposed to be in running condition, and the photos show it moving under its own power. However, being battery powered if the batteries are dead from sitting in the auction yard it may not move under its own power like a small battery powered scissors lift.
Noted. Can it be pushed around if needed?
It would be difficult. Like an electric scissors lift, the front tire brakes would be locked on if the battery is 100% dead. You could winch it on with dish soap under the tires like a scissors lift or lift on with a forklift, or push it if the trailer deck/ramp is something without too much resistance
Any way you can confirm with the seller or pick up yard if its in running conditions or not?
It is at Richie Bros in Phoenix who states it is in running condition, but I would imagine that could change at any moment.
