It can be a semi if they have gooseneck hook up. We usually move these with a hotshot dually truck capable of towing 23,000lbs
I will adjust the bid , I do have a question, the 23000 lbs is including the trailer and load weight, correct?
Also the height listed at 13ft is from the ground, not the load, correct?
