Question: I see the curtain side trailer has some freight loaded inside it, does the trailer have a current safety and plates on it so we can tow it? The end dump trailer we can tow as is - has it been inspected at all yet to verify it's road worthy? Nick
Curtain side has a inspection until July. The end dump is 2024. I was planning to have insurance on it. And look into "in transit permit"
You can't use a transit plate for the curtain side if it's loaded with freight - it'll have to be an actual plate, or use the transit plate, but the trailer will have to be empty, and I can quote you deck transport for the items inside it. For the dump trailer a "transit plate" will work fine though. Let me know how'd you'd like it priced. Thanks, Nick
That leaves me two options. Make it 3 loads or get a plate and mail it down. Price as just 2 trailers for now.
Yeah, I'd definitely go that route too - 2 loads. Definitely going to be the cheapest option. Will submit pricing - power only for both loads - insurance, and sales tax are included. Just in case its your first time using the platform, bids are done in USD, if hired I'll convert the balance due to CN for billing/sales tax, keep it simplet for our GST. Thanks, Nick
