Yes - vehicle runs and can be driven to load. Do not need enclosed, tarp would be nice but not required.

Question: Hey there, we can submit 1 quote only, so I'd like to get your preference in regards to what transport method you prefer for your truck. Open Transport is more cost efficient but the unit will be exposed to normal environment factors, we can arrange Enclosed Transportation but this type of transportation costs around 25% - 30% more. What Transport method do you prefer?
Open transport is fine. If a tarp is easy and inexpensive it would be nice but is NOT required. Thank you for asking. Please see the amended dimensions (smaller) added this AM.
