Each one of the 2x8x 4" thick forms weighs about 91 lbs. There's 84 forms in total so about 8,000 lbs total. They are stacked in what looks like 6 stacks of 14 forms per stack. Each of the single forms you see in the photos is 8 feet long 2 feet wide and 4" thick. They are paid for from Ritchie Bros. I can set up an appointment if it's easier.
I said 14-0 because of you lay those 2-0 wide stacks next to each other they come out to 12-0 but if you can't put them perfectly tight it's safe to say it won't be bigger than 14-0

Yes, we do pick up from ritchie bros and iron planet, most of the times we dont need appointment only in very specific locations, we can try first tomorrow morning, if its totally required we will pick up as soon as we have the first appointment available. JOSHUA
