The auction said non-operational though the unit looks clean and complete so it might simply be dead batteries. Per the release "Loading Dock Available; Ramps Available; Forklift Available", at destination roll-off or jump-start/drive.

If it only needs a jump start, the driver can bring a jumper pack. In that case, we can transport it on a Step Deck trailer or a Hot Shot trailer. Alternatively, if loading and unloading assistance will be provided at both ends, that will also help keep transportation costs down.
