Question: Hello, my name is Chris. The unit is 17.5 feet tall, and unfortunately, in order to transport it, we would need the boom with the bucket to be disassembled or separated from the machine to reduce the height and make transportation less complicated. Is it possible to disassemble the boom from the arm with the bucket? We also need to know if the tracks can be retracted so the width can be reduced to 12.4 feet
Question: The bid I am submitting will include the mechanic fee for breaking down the counterweight and the arm, and I anticipate that it will require 4-5 trucks to transport this unit. We can take care of this for an additional cost. If the counterweight needs to be picked up separately, we can coordinate a separate trailer for transport, along with a wrecker for loading, also at an additional cost.
