Question: If the equipment is operational for loading and unloading, we will send a fully insured flatbed hotshot or step-deck trailer with ramps for you so it will be easy to load and unload if needed we will also provide you with a certificate of insurance prior to the shipping. But if the equipment is non-functional then we will need assistance in loading and unloading. If that works for you, then you can accept our quote. Thank you
