Question: Good afternoon. Since the MK23 does not run and drive, can the shipper load it?
The shipper can help load it onto an RGN only. Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. eastern time and Friday 8:00 to noon. I can make arrangements to unload it with you at almost anytime
Question: I wanted to inquire whether loading and unloading equipment is available at both the pick-up and delivery locations. If such equipment is available, we can confirm our quote. However, if it is not, we can easily arrange a tow service to assist with winching the unit onto the RGN trailer scheduled for transport FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. No. But the shipper will help load it onto an RGN with a forklift 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Thursday and 8:00 to noon on Friday.

No restrictions for delivery time as long as we have an idea 24 hours in advance
