yes, they are just items that have been removed from the truck and are in the beds of the trucks

yes, there are a few hours on various days of the week that no one is here that can assist with unloading. However, we are available 7 days a week.
Got it, nevertheless, i will provide ETA's for delivery so that we are all on the same page. My thought process was to have them rolled off at delivery. We will have ramps.
