Hello, According to GovPlanet's listing, the cardo loader's drivetrain, brakes and engine are operable. I'm assuming that it can drive on to and off of the trailer.
Great, if it's operable, we can drive on and off. Is it ready for pick up this week? I need to pull permits and escort details, so i need a date of transport so i can pull those details. We would be using an RGN trailer.
