Question: Do you have equipment to unload?
No. Usually the shipping containers are winched onto the trailer then delivered by driving away from the container. There are trailers specially designed to load and unload shipping containers

standard 40x8 shipping container and the expandable house is folded up 20x8 approx. flatbed trailers are used to winch the container onto the trailer then at delivery, the driver pulls away from the trailer and the shipping container is unloaded. there are special flatbeds that do this routinely.
tilt bed trailers. google "container trailer" or "shipping container trailer". container is winched onto the trailer then at delivery tilted back and the the truck pulls forward leaving the container on the ground.

loading and unloading is done by the driver. google; "container trailer", or "shipping container trailer". these are 40 foot tilting flatbeds that winch the container onto the trailer, then to unload the bed tilts back and the driver pulls forward leaving the container on the ground. no other equipment is necessary. the trailer does everything.
