Unfortunately not. Will require a wrecker to fill Engine Oil SAE 15W-40, ~1.5 L, Coolant 50/50 premix, at least 1L to reach radiator core, Hydraulic Oil ISO VG 46, minimum to reach dipstick range (~10–16L), Fuel (Gasoline) 87+ octane, ~1–2 gal

Question: Good morning. Since the mini excavator is inoperable, is loading/unloading available?
No loading assistance is guaranteed. This is from an auction so they do provide some assistance, but no crane or wrecker on site. They can try to assist with fork lifts but it may be too big so you will need to get a third party to assist and include that in your all in pricing.
I will provide unloading assistance by filling fluids to drive it off or hiring my own crane operator/winch.
