Question: I wanted to check if there is loading and unloading equipment available at both the pick-up and delivery addresses. If equipment is available, our quote is confirmed. If not, we can easily arrange for a tow service to assist with winching the unit onto the RGN trailer we have scheduled for transport for an additional cost. The auction company (Richie Bros) will have a loader onsite to assist with loading. There also be unloading assistance/ equipment available at the destination.
Question: Good morning. Since the Western Star does not run and drive, can the shipper load it on an RGN Lowboy trailer? Can the exhaust be removed to reduce the height?
The auction company has agreed to help load using a loader at the pickup site, we will have equipment available at the delivery address to help unload. Exhaust stack could be removed if absolutely necessary, actual estimated height is 140” inches.

No appointment needed, Truck must be in yard between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PDT weekdays in order to load. Must be removed by April 4th. Load is still available.
