Hello Manny.
I can not confirm if the unit is fully operational. It appears to be to the best of my knowledge. There is obvious damage to the right front fender and a tag axle fender, neither of which would affect road worthiness. The tires appear in good condition.
I can not verify operation of lights or proper tire inflation, etc.
Border documentation is being prepared by our broker as we speak.
