There’s no mention of appointment, but they do have a contact number at the location. The walk behind mowers are ready for pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8 AM and 2 PM
Delivery would have to be before September 4.

This is a combined load two units same pick up location same drop-off location both ready to be picked up Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 8:00am until 2:00pm. Total weight 145 pounds.
