If the equipment is operational for loading and unloading, we will send a fully 100% insured flatbed hotshot or step-deck trailer with ramps for you so it will be easy to load and unload. But if the equipment is non-functional then we will need assistance in loading and unloading. Our goal is to pick it up ASAP but for the safety net, we can take 1-2 business days.
