So it can be pulled off the trailer by chain when received but I'm not sure if they will forklift it to the trailer or anything I never been to California before until I get further info from the contractor who is assigned to me I will be relaying that ASAP

They did show that it can be loaded by a forklift upon receiving but unloading is going to be the main concern when it comes to my house
Great, they normally do, but sometimes they don't so had to make sure. In regards to delivery. Well, I checked out the pictures and the driver will have ramps so it can be rolled off, it does roll and steer right? If it does, there shouldn't be an issue, other than using a little bit of man power to roll it off
