Loading and unloading will need to be arranged. I'm pretty confident RB should be able to load it (but do confirm with them), you'd just need to arrange a tilt bed towing company to come winch it off.

There's honestly no real way to identify one bid from another unfortunately. I would just suggest reading bid notes, transit times, and check the providers rating overall and make as an informed decision as possible.
