ok, we like to proceed but all 3 trucks must come at the same time, because we are hiring a company with crane to lift them of the truck. Can you do it for next week Tuesday or Wednesday ?
I will do my best boss, but we cannot guarantee that they will be there to load at the same time, our drivers have schedules with different loads and pick up times might vary. We can start working on it as soon as they are ready to go, JOSHUA

The bid is for all 3 like4like containers, we can do Tuesday or Wednesday and ensure to coordinate all trucks to work in unison for pickup and delivery. Done, i know you need the assurance that the trucks will be there timely due to the cranes you will be booking, i can make it happen, once you accept we can coordinate directly and iw ill provide ETA's for pick up so you can work around that as well.
