I am new to this and am trying to navigate the whole process. On govplanet.com (where this is possibly being purchased,depending on bid outcome) their website says "
No Loading Dock, Ramps, or Forklift Available: Only RGN or trailers with ramps can be used to pick up this item at this location. Seller will not allow item to be loaded on a step-deck or flatbed trailer without the appropriate ramps." So I'm not really sure how anybody is supposed to pick it up.
I see, said the blind man! Well, we would use a hotshot trailer with ramps so it can be pushed on, if needed. How will you unload? It can also be pulled off the trailer- Anthony

From my understanding it is not able to be pulled it has to be loaded on a trailer. The auction bill of sale/SF-97 forms do not make an un-registered trailer automatically road-legal. Plus they are not rated to go over 55mph with the military run flat tires.
